Where do you ship?

COA Healthy Foods ships to the United States and selected countries. The shipping cost and delivery estimate are calculated at checkout before you pay.

How much is shipping in the US?

For items we ship from South Dakota, standard shipping is $8.00, or free on orders of $70.00 and up, with a transit time of 3 to 5 business days after the order ships. Express shipping is $15.00, with a transit time of 1 to 2 business days. These are transit times, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?

Some products are shipped directly by our Shopify Collective partner brands, not from our Huron, South Dakota location. Those items use partner shipping rates, shown at checkout, and may arrive separately.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

No. We do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. The customer pays return shipping.

How do I start a return?

Email us at coastudio@proton.me first. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted. Approved returns go to: BOX 226, Miller, SD 57362-0226.

What can't be returned?

Perishable goods such as food, personal care goods such as beauty products, custom products, hazardous materials, sale items and gift cards can't be returned. If an item arrives defective, damaged or wrong, contact us right away so we can make it right.
